Returns Policy

If you need to send an item back to RS Collections, there are a few different ways of getting it back to us. Who pays for return postage depends on why you’re returning it, and our return policy. We’ll send an email to you with the subject “Send the item back” and all the details of your return request. 

You’ll need to send the item back before the date stated in the email. If you don’t post the return by that date, we may close the request and you won’t receive a refund. If you’re sending an item back because it doesn’t match the listing or it arrived damaged or faulty: 

● We will pay for return postage 

● We will provide a way for you to return the item, or offer you a refund 

● You’ll need to send it back using the postage label or other method provided by us. 

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged in transit because it wasn’t packaged correctly when the buyer sent it back, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value. We recommend using a tracked service for return postage. 

If you’re returning an item that has a total cost of $300 or more, you’ll need to use a tracked service with signature confirmation.
